POLICIES & FEES FOR ATTENDEES

Cancellation

  • For a full refund, you must notify the Education Department no later 10 days before the start date of the conference.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the start date of the conference, you will incur an administration fee of $75.00.
  • No Shows will not receive a refund.

POLICIES & FEES FOR EXHIBITORS

Cancellation

  • For a full refund, you must notify the Education Department no later 15 days before the start date of the conference.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the start date of the conference, no refund will be issued.
  • No Shows will not receive a refund.

Note: AWS reserves the right to cancel any event with reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by AWS, registration fees will be refunded in full. AWS shall have no further liability.

Hotel reservation

You must contact the hotel directly to ensure you receive the special AWS room rate. The rate cut-off date is thirty (30) days from the conference start date. AWS does not guarantee the rates will be honored if reservations are made after the hotel’s cut-off date.  Feel free to contact the AWS Education Services Department at extension 455 with any questions.
